Delete Card Mansion Account

To delete your Card Mansion account permanently you can either:

  1. Open Card Mansion ➡ Settings ➡ Account Deletion ➡ Confirm Account Deletion.
  2. Email support@cardmansion.co.uk with your username and we will assist you.



What will be deleted:

  1. PlayFab Player Account
  2. Username
  3. Game Progess
  4. Statistics
  5. Virtual Currency Balances
  6. VIP status 
  7. Backend Identifiers tied to gameplay


Please note: 

We may retain:

  1. Transaction records related to in-app purchases (for tax and accounting compliance)
  2. Fraud Prevention Logs (where legally required)

Retained records are not used for further gameplay, analytics or advertising.

If you delete the app without requesting account deletion, your account data may remain stored.
